Two interviews in same day. One with new gm, other with gm from a local store and third with district manager. This was for a new store they were looking to staff.

2 part interview with the General Manager and then the District Manager. Sit down in a room with each and discuss the job, the store, the employees, the culture. They give you a great idea of what is expected of you within the job and they get a good feeling for you as a person by how you react. Stressed the keys of team building and getting the job done while ALWAYS putting the customer first.
