Talked to recruiter, then phone interview with hiring manager, initial in-person with hiring manager, second in person with hiring manager and their manager. You have to do a self sales powerpoint on second interview. Background / drug then offer.

The hiring process was very tedious to say the least. Very bland communication with the recruiter who had very poor follow up, communications and often time sounded like she was just getting out of the bed when I called to inquiry about the status of my application.
