I had two interviews with them. I applied online and within 3 days they called me in for the first interview. I had two people interview me at the same time and I thought it was kind of rude when the one manager was talking on the phone while the other was asking me questions it kinda threw me off my game, however come to find out when i applied for sales associate they were interviewing me for the copy and print center. Afterwards I got a call back in a week later to come for a second interview it was just one on one and for the sales associate position since I guess at the time I didn't have enough experience for the copy center and was than on the spot told I was hired

They ask about defining what customer service is to you? A lot of behavioral questions like how would you handle a difficult customer? Tell me about yourself
when i arrived there, the manager was very nice and welcoming and it went very smoothly,i arrived on time and i was early to the interview.He also asked me questions like my availability, my schooling, what made me interested in working with staples and what i hope to achieve in the long run
The interview was very informative and well conducted. The time spent was appropriate and the questions were consistent with my experience at other interviews. The person conducting the interview was professional

Simple and easy, encouraged for part-time jobs and with a good team enviornment. flexible schedule as well helped with part-time university/school schedules. It was a good experience and reccomended for retail opportunities
