The interview is in two stages beginning with the GM and AM and then the lead associate of the department in which you're applying for. The first interview is done on the floor (at least this location), in the office furniture area. Your second interview follows either the next day or shortly thereafter. If both interviews fall in your favor you start within the following week.

Quick and simple and very informative overall great experience and would definitely reccomend went in for 1 thing ended up with another. Just goes to show staples has a pretty good interview process overall

The first interview was on the phone, it was pleasant. The second in person interview was simple with the General manager who asked me a basic question on how i would sell an item to a customer, essentially we did a role play.
