Phone screening and then 1st actual interview with the manager(?) in the department, and 2nd video interview with a manager from other department.
The waiting period between each stage of interview took so long.
After the interview, it has been about 2 weeks, and apparently, the hiring person quit in the middle of the process, and I found that out from a phone screening for other position.

Well-organized, HR was friendly. Totally through online meeting apps, convenient. Totally 2 rounds interviews, no technical questions. First round with HR and hiring manager, second round with the manager of the hiring manager.

Got ghosted recruiter for a scheduled call. No response to my follow up email either. Very unprofessional. At least have the professional etiquette to inform your candidates even with a short email that they're not moving forward in the process despite already scheduling a call.
It was slightly boring and the interviewer seemed uninterested from the start. Questions were typical and easy. No curveballs were sent in. They did focus a lot on past experiences and application to the current roles offered.
