Entretien
There was a 1 day interview. I was apart of the store opening/setup crew so in a way i was already apart of the organization (but technically not). There were 3 levels of interviews. 2 were with managers from other stores while the last one was with the General Manager of the store. The questions were reasonable and they matched the job requirements. The interviewers were not intimidating and provided a fairly calm environment for the interviews (if you ignore the unpacking and construction work happening during the interview).

Question 1
Unable to remember one. I feel like there was one regarding how i would deal with an unhappy customer. But since i was fairly new to the job market and had no previous retail experience it was not my best answer.
Pretty straight forward. Asks about how you carry yourself on a team. Asks you to sell a laptop. Asks about your availability. Asks about your career goals (where you see yourself in 5,10 years)

Entretien
It was a usual behavioral and STAR interview. Questions like tell me about yourself and conflict situations. Personal qualities, work experience and education. There was also a technical test o paper testing beginner/intermediate level knowledge of computer hardware and software for the easy tech position. The test was a pass/fail and was not the most important factor in the hiring decision.
