2 phone interviews, one in person interview. Each lasted less than 30 minutes. Spoke with recruiter first, asked personality based questions mostly. Then spoke with regional manager who asked more motivation based questions. Final interview was with regional and area managers who just asked about work experience, what motivates you to do a good job and things of that nature.
The interview for the customer support position at Staples was straightforward and professional. The interviewer asked about my customer service experience and how I handle difficult customers and multitasking. It was conversational and focused on real customer support scenarios.

Very fair process. They ask routine questions and have a multi step interview process. Everyone is met with was awesome. Definitely need to show up prepared and ask engaging questions
It is quite difficult to get in the job. Solid experiences are required. More asking on enterprise-level tasks, and heavy daily duty required. I do recommend to try this positon if available,
