Smooth, well-organized, and accessible interview process.
Questions and additional interviews are welcomed.
The only missing piece was the feedback after the interview process was over.
Rewarding proposal, it could have been managed more formally, it felt more of a 'must do' generic process rather than a 'warm welcome'.

Really focused on the fit with company culture, half the process where interviews in which behaviors, ways of thinking, and points of view were evaluated. The other half of the process was indeed skills.

First stage with recruiter that was straightforward
Second stage with hiring manager
Informed of final stage consisting of 3x 1 hour interviews. However completely ghosted from them so was unable to arrange this.
All great, really see the cultural fit and practical knowledge for your functions. Process is more likely takes around 5-6 interviews yet all of them are manageable. It only takes around 1 month if they urgently need your position, but it can go for like 3 to 5 months in the process until signing the contract. 6 months approx with the onboarding process

My role was an entry role so the interview focused more on my as a person and my previous experience. I had three stages, HR then head of marketing then Managing director.

There were behavioral and scenario based question. Example is 'Tell us about a time you failed and how did you overcome it'
