In short, the HR rep stated that I had all of the qualifications for the position, however, because I was young, it would create a negative environment among the employees that have been there long.er It was then suggested that I apply for a lower level role , although I had all of the necessary qualities for the position. I then said okay to a Senior Revenue Accountant position and scheduled a phone interview with the hiring manager. Their Skype was not working and so she said let's reschedule and she never called back . I attempted to get in touch with the HR rep and was constantly ignored. Probably the most unprofessional interview I have ever experienced. Oh and it didn't help that they contacted months after I applied.
