Interview process was a cattle-call. If you have done your research on the company and have excellent customer service experience, you're good! Dress the part and be yourself.... and SMILE!

Did a presentation. Moved onto a Group interview then 1 on 1. Then you wait in a room then call you in a group at a time to tell you got the job or not.
I applied over the website. They send out emails. You reply to the email with your availability. They sent me a link to a Zoom call. Asked me personality questions and then we set up another interview in Houston Texas.

Entretien
Hiring event with other hopeful candidates. Day filled with networking,interviewing and just showcasing your personality. There are informational sessions, Q&A sessions, 1-on-1 interviews. It's a full day, come prepared with water and snacks (flats for the ladies if you'll be wearing heels).
