2 Screen Interviews + 4 rounds on site. People are friendly. The technical questions are very easy (code challenge easy level), and their hiring process is like greedy algorithm (interview as many as possible and put into a heap) the whole decision time may be very long. Depending on the questions they ask, I think their decision is a little bit subjective, preparing good "stories" may help you a lot.

Racist. Look at the company pictures, they say that they practice diversity, but 98% of everyone is white. This company like most corporations do not like hiring black people, maybe 1 or 2 for legal reasons. I'm a man of color and the dirty look and dismissive attitude I was given during the video interview, made me sick for days after. I was not hired.
