I got a mail from Snapdeal HR (Abhinav Jain), asking for interest with Snapdeal. I reverted with my updated resume and within next 15 min got a call for initial discussion. Call went for about 40 min and he describes me in length about the position and company culture. We discussed about the role and vision of the company and later he scheduled me for in-person discussion in their Bangalore Office. It was huge crowd at the venue but surprisingly my interview started on time and within 2 hours got completed. Overall the process and HR was so fantastic and helpful, which I have never come across in my last 7 years. Abhinav, was very supportive and provided me feedback on the spot without even making any delay or HR statement. He also made me clear what is my improvement area based on result.
