Recruiter screen, followed by 60-minute tech screen, followed by 4-stage final round (split into 2 days in my case, but really just dependent on interviewer and interviewees' schedules). The people I interacted with were all fantastic, very kind and enthusiastic employees. They touted the company's work-life balance, which is an underrated perk for sure. The tech screen was a medium-level leetcode problem that I got through without trouble. Unfortunately, I bombed the final round. It started with a system design that I was underprepared for, and that got me flustered into the the second portion (a simple API implementation) to the point where I froze up and couldn't identify a simple BST optimization for it lol. The next two were behavioral and another leetcode medium to end it off, which I did much better in, but obviously those are the easier rounds so rip. Smartsheet was recently bought out by a private equity firm, so one of the key prior benefits (equity) no longer exists, while base salary and bonus don't seem to have changed based on existing salaries recorded on this site; so in that sense, I suppose it's not the place to go if pay is your priority. But if you value a more relaxed environment with good learning opportunities and great coworkers, I was definitely sold on those aspects.
