Pretty standard. Firs a recruiter call, then hiring manager call. After that, move on to a group presentation followed by 5 person loop. The presentation is based on a prompt provided after the hiring manager screen.

Entretien
Three stage process: Initial recruiter screening call which is mainly just talking through experience, salary expectation etc. Second stage was a call with the hiring manager which is split between a product sense question (case study style question) to establish how you break down a problem into a product strategy, remaining questions are competency based questions. Third round is actually 4 stakeholder calls for around 45 mins each. In a way it’s another 4 rounds but it’s general competency based questions with various employee ranging from Product, Design, Engineering and VP/Director level.
Overall, I enjoyed the process, the team seem strong and competent individuals and the interviews felt like a two-way conversation. I didn’t get the role as I mess up on one of the loops and didn’t answer the questions properly but that was my mistake. Advice for others is just be prepared, listen to the questions properly and answer in the STAR method.
