I first met with an HR recruiter who schedule me with phone interviews. She was very pleasant. Told me about the company and it's benefits. The first phone interview was troubleshooting questions to see how I troubleshoot. The second interview was more technical. Basic networking, encryption, and etc. I wish i would have known I was being verbally tested for my certification all over again. Doesn't help if you are more of an introverted hand's on person. Was I being interviewed for Amazon??
