The entire interview process was very seamless from start to finish. Slalom takes a casual approach to the process which helps keep the nerves in check during the interviews. The initial interview/meeting was done with the Slalom talent manager and was followed up by two additional interviews with employees from the positions area of focus. The people that I met with during the process we're all very inviting, asked meaningful questions and shared great insight about the company.

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Entretien
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
