Slalom's interview process is notable due to open lines of communication, frequent communication and feedback, and an easy and low-pressure style of face to face interviews. It's more of a fact finding mission as to whether you and Slalom are a good fit for each other and much less like a quiz or test type environment where you feel put on the spot. I felt like I was interviewing Slalom as much as they were interviewing me... and that's how it should be.

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Entretien
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
