got a call from a recruiter who didn't ask any technical questions but was basically told the position required more recent technical experience. Sadly, the recruiter assumed that I had no recent technical experience in my current job based upon my current job title. Suffice to say, this company is really disorganized in their interview process. Heard great things about this company but was greatly disappointed.

Entretien
It was easy going process.
1. HR normal phone Interview (Seattle)
2. In-person at Toronto branch (Lil bit Technical)
3. Telephonic Technical round with three people.
4. In-person interview with 4 people.
5. Skype Interview with Manager (Tech screening)
6. Skype interview with other Support Analysts.
7. I am now waiting for their reply now and I think they will definitely hire a best person for this position.
I can't forget the Interview process.

Question 1
All questions were easy and Interviewers were so nice that you won't feel you are in a interview.
They will treat you like family.
Questions were like Why you want to work for this position? Why Slalom? Why do you think you are great fit?
Technical - How you resolve issues? did you worked with Image deployment softwares, which platform you worked with before, windows Mac etc.
Did you resolved Printers, Outlook issues before.
Some scenario based and some customer centric questions.
