The interview process was a great experience. I was contacted on LinkedIn by Slalom's Talent Acquisition Manager. We set up a time to grab coffee and discuss Slalom further. Second step was a technical phone interview. Final interview was at lunch with my manager. After that, there were a few more calls with the talent acquisition manager before the offer.
The process felt very welcoming and laid back. Hopefully more companies follow this type of practice.

You have a picklist field in Salesforce with three values. Running a SOQL query to filter by this field is very sluggish because it returns thousands of records. What can you do to improve performance?
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
