After sending in my resume, I was contacted by HR a few days later. We had a casual phone conversation, then about two weeks later I had a phone screen. Two weeks later, I was brought in for an in-person interview. The interview was with 4 different people, 1 hour each. Some whiteboarding, but mostly conversational. No problems to solve, but instead just talking about my experiences with different technologies and languages. Had some specific C# questions to answer, but nothing too hard. Offer arrived about 4 days later.
