I contacted one of their staff recruiters and interviewed that same week. They were looking for someone with experience on the systems side - infrastructure, server topologies, and custom development. I was interviewed by two men and the questions were highly technical in nature and focused on how to consult a client through the various hardware and governance decisions they would need to make. You need to be well versed on cloud, Azure development, and performance troubleshooting.
