It went nice. Talked to three different people asking all mostly behavioral questions about each one was about an hour long and had them over three weeks. I got the job
Interviewed for around 45 minutes but didn't hear back. I think it's respectful to let a candidate know the outcome either way and the experience left a bad taste in my mouth of the company and its brand.

Entretien
I had a video interview with one of the recruiters on the team. She was very nice and didn't give me the run around with "you might be a fit". She told me straight up what they were looking for, and we decided together that I wasn't exactly what they wanted and vice versa. Overall it was a really refreshing experience and she and I still stay in touch. I've never had an interview like that- which is a good thing.
