Recruitment process: The Talent Acquisition member contacts me for a position that I applied for - they don't mention title. The Talent Acquisition team keeps postponing the interviews for a number of weeks with a few hours notice. In one instance, on the day and time agreed, I'm waiting for a call but nothing. After I contact them, they apologise and mention that they thought they had informed me that due to a personal emergency the interview is not taking place. We then try to arrange a different day and time for an interview and they notify me that they have closed the recruitment process as they have hired for the role. I never made it to the hiring manager because the Talent Acquisition team kept me out of the process by postponing my interviews and not turning up.
