This was hands down the best interview process I've ever experienced. It was a 4 step process - interview with the recruiter, then a manager, then a case study and then 1-1 with a director. During each step, I never once felt like I was being interviewed, it felt more like I was getting coffee with an old friend. Everyone was so incredible friendly, sincere and I genuinely felt like they cared about me and not just what I could do for the company, but how they could help me grow and advance as well.
