First was a 30 min phone interview with the delivery lead, followed by 3 1-hour interviews with other team members. Then there was a 1-hour case study interview with 2 team members and a 30-min meeting with the office manager. The most disappointing part was making it through 5 rounds of interviews and receiving positive feedback at each step and then not hearing a word from them for 2 weeks until I reached out to the recruiter, and was given a very vague response about the right opportunity not being available. It would have been nice to get real feedback about why I didn’t receive an offer after investing a lot of time in their interviewing process.
