J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Slalom en mars 2021
Entretien
In my case, the interview process consisted of 4 phases; an initial conversation with Talent Acquisition and 3 further conversations with people from the practice I was applying to. The process didn't really feel like an interview, more like friendly chats to determine what my understanding of the role was and whetherI would make the right fit into the Slalom culture. The Talent Acquisition person checked in with me regularly to see how I was finding the process. They truly offer a great interview experience, and having been with the company for some months I can say it is an extension of how they also treat the employees later on.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Friendly chat about myself, my experience and why I was interested in the role. They get the info they need regarding skills and experience from your CV and LinkedIn, so they mainly want to make sure it's the right cultural fit.
Welcome to Slalom! Thanks so much for taking a few minutes to share your experience with us. Our TA team works really hard to provide an awesome experience, so it's great to hear that we succeeded in that effort!

Not too difficult. All questions were what you would expect. A few rounds with the hiring manager, and others from the team / umbrella which included a case study. The prompt was given with a few different options and fairly simple to deliver.

Four separate 30 minute interviews. Each with a different individual. Each interview was supposed to be focused on one thing like culture or technical skills, but in reality the interviewers did what they wanted.

Very friendly, multiple screeners with people in the local office (over zoom). They'll ask about any consulting experience, but mostly want to get to know you as a person. Just be yourself.
