This interview process was for the Analyst Experience program -- Salesforce track for the Boston office.
The overall process had three rounds:
1) A phone screening with the talent acquisition manager
2) An in-depth interview with a technical consultant. This round featured some questions about my background and technical proficiency in Salesforce and object-oriented programming languages (i.e. C#, JavaScript).
3) An in-person visit to the Boston office. First, I was given a tour of the office by the office manager. Then I spoke with three members of the team including the solution architect, CRM consultant, and CRM practice lead. This round included more in-depth technical questions on Salesforce and programming languages and included behavioral questions about teamwork and consulting.
My recruiter, Jordan, was very helpful in providing me a clear picture of the entire interview process and of Slalom's Analyst Experience program. He also made sure I knew when to expect a response following completion of interview rounds. While I ultimately did not end up receiving an offer, I did receive a phone call directly from Jordan nonetheless and got invaluable feedback from the team.
Looking back, I have fond memories of the process because of the friendliness and positivity of Slalom's team. But I think it ultimately comes down to one factor why this process was awesome: Slalom's employees treat you as a human being. I will definitely keep Slalom in mind for future roles and wouldn't hesitate to submit an application again!
