The interview process at Slalom was very organized and straightforward. My recruiter was very communicative and the entire process took only a few weeks. I met with several people on the team I was hired to work on and my role was very clearly laid out.
The interview process at Slalom as extremely organized. I have found the interview process to be very stressful at other companies, but not Slalom. I had a phone screen interview, then two in-person interviews. The process was quick and the recruiter was in very close contact with me throughout the entire process. It was part of what made me choose to accept the offer, how laid back and easy the whole process was.

The interview process consisted of a phone interview and 2 on-site interviews. It was an extremely organized and quick process. From the time I applied to offer was about 3 weeks. This was a great indicator of Slalom as a company and how efficient their teams are.
