J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Slalom (Manchester, Angleterre) en janv. 2020
Entretien
A very relaxed process started from just an initial informal connection via LinkedIn, which developed into a more in-depth conversation. I was ready to look for a new challenge, but I wasn't quite sure exactly what I was looking for. I was introduced to many people with no time pressures, so I could really get a feel for the opportunities and culture at Slalom from a variety of perspectives. Questions were thought-provoking also. Was a very refreshing process to just be myself and not feel as though I was having to conform to a job description. Communication was thoughtful and open all of the way through.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
It's hard to identify a single question, as the process is not designed to trick you or catch you out with awkward or hard questions. The most thought-provoking was who my most senior business contact was within my social network, only because I'd not looked at it that way before.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Slalom (Denver, CO) en déc. 2021
Entretien
The process was easily the quickest one I've been through in the software industry. There was a phone screening, a round of interviews with two people I'd be working with, and a case study interview that I was given information to prepare for ahead of time. The whole process took about a month from first contact to start date.

Question 1
Questions about potential risks in the case study, what metrics would be most important, how I would communicate with stakeholders etc.
