Interviewed with Slalom Charlotte. They are a new team building out the group. Was contacted via LinkedIn and had a follow up discussion. Then there were two in person interviews with other consultants and the head of the group. Everyone was passionate about the company. I was extended an offer but it came below what I was asking. This was a conversation that I had with the recruiter early on, and was told the numbers looked good regarding salary, so I was a bit surprised that after the whole process that it came below.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
