My interview process was very engaging, interactive and productive. The general interview session was very informative. It was about consulting in general (the business, hot industries, the technologies, career path and opportunities). In my on-site interview, I was given a three-hour technical case study. It required to understand the business case, analyze data, building architecture and software solutions, and a presentation towards the end. That was a fun activity to demonstrate the interviewer's skill sets of problem-solving. The talent acquisition team was friendly and effective, the whole interview process was well communicated and efficient. Most attractive factor for me to join the company is the people and company’s culture. The company provides a career path and platform for consults to grow.
