I was referred to Slalom by a current employee. The process start d with a very informal meeting for coffee. I appreciated the fact that this meeting was a laid back “get to know” session as it took off all of the pressure. From there my process moved forward by meeting with 3-4 consultants. While the process was lengthy, I always felt welcomed in the office and at the end I really felt like they knew me and were selecting me based on who I was as a fit for their team.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
