I was approached by the talent acquisition manager at Slalom OC/SD and had 1hr in-person meeting with him followed by a technical phone screening by a solutions architect person finally had 2 1hr whiteboard sessions with 2 lead/principal position cloud experts.

Question 1
Phone screening was mainly about my experiences with AWS and recent migration projects I was in charge of. He covered various topics in DevOps and .NET development as well as SQL questions within AWS environment. He made me feel pretty comfortable and he told me many positive things about Slalom which is always nice to hear from someone who's considering working there.
Whiteboarding sessions included more in-depth modern s/w design concepts (DI, REST WebAPI, Redundancy, Resilient design etc) They had me design architecture diagram for my recent development projects as well as generic web server environment in AWS followed by detail questions to probe my knowledge and understanding of the architecture. They also asked a couple of container questions as well.
We appreciate you sharing such a detailed review of your experience interviewing with Slalom. 3 different interviews. The recruiter was pretty technical and knew exactly what was being sort for. Took about 4 weeks total. Also liked the interview with the first technical recruiter who is pretty smart. The Third one was very myopic, and asked the same question in 6 different ways, looking for you to describe the exact platform and tools he uses and understands.

The only question the 3rd interviewer knew to ask was - CI/CD pipelines and what you need to have to deploy containerized solutions. Struggled a lot to try to come up with asking other questions that he skimmed over and came back to this.

Entretien
There were 3 rounds in total, the first 2 being phone interviews and the last one face to face. The interview process was smooth and great. Most of the questions were related to my previous work experience and what are my expectations in the new role. The interview questions were very practical and will let the interviewers know about the candidates interests and background.
