The interview process was long, as I met with 6 people over the course of 10 weeks, before receiving an offer in the 11th week. However, from the beginning, both the recruiter and one of the leaders I met with set expectations for the steps of the process and how long it would take, based on internal hiring needs at the time. The recruiter then maintained timely communication throughout the process regarding status and next steps. I really appreciate this transparency, as it gave me the opportunity to both determine if I'd like to continue interviewing or if the time table didn't fit my needs, and gave me an indication of how they treat people and do business.
