What stuck out most interviewing with Slalom was how comfortable it felt. They still asked me about my background and my capabilities, but it didn't feel like I was being grilled and tested. The interview process was long, over 3 months from start to finish.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
