Entretien
It was a four part consecutive interview. Four 30 minute interviews with four different groups focusing on four different aspects. The aspects being personality, technical, standard skills, and a mix. There was a brief phone screening. All in all, great interviewing process.

The recruiters were great. However, in my opinion, the tech screeners lost all interest once they saw that I am over 40. Additionally, the tech screening case was sent to me 20 minutes before the interview. To be fair, they might have been trying to gauge how well I can think on my toes, but I found that to be unusual.

First-round with HR, very helpful and friendly.
Two rounds of technical interviews, one is more focused on coding and CS knowledge in general, the other is more conversational with BQ and working experience.

I had a great interview process! Recruiter was very responsive and the people I interviewed with were awesome. I was told I got positive feedback from the interviewers but they aren’t hiring for the position until the find a director for the team. I feel like it was a way to tell me they aren’t interested.
