I could tell she was listening and attentive and really wanted to get to know me and my Strengths. After this initial conversation, I met with the Practice Area Lead who blew me away. She was inspirational - a true visionary. I then met with one of the Managing Directors, the General Manager of Slalom Boston, and a fellow consultant colleague. They were all warm, welcome, and inspirational as well. I left the interviews feeling valued and engaged in Slalom's work and culture.
