A recruiter from the Slalom team reached out to me via LinkedIn and requested an initial phone call to discuss opportunities in the Boston office. After a quick phone call, we arranged for a 3 hour time slot for me to come in and meet with 4 different individuals, ranging from the Jr. Consultant level to the Practice Area Lead. These discussions aimed to identify soft and hard (technical) consulting skills, culture fit, and what role I would fit on the team. I felt very comfortable with the Slalom team, especially the recruiter working with me who provided regular updates on the interview process.
