The first step was a phone screen with a senior technical lead within the QA department. The phone screen was cordial and included time for me to ask questions and learn about the department I'd be working in. Then the screener asked me to summarize my skill and experience on a long list of QA topics. Then I was brought in to interview with 5 different people over the course of 3 visits. They were very straight forward and honest throughout the process.

Four interviews starting with an HR recruiter, then two separate interviews with team members, and a final interview with a director. The interviews were friendly and it was largely behavioral based.

I was contacted by a recruiter. After the first round of technical interview I was told that my skill set does not align with the requirement. But still they would like to continue the interview process ( a big red flag). I went through 5 rounds of interview and only to be told later that they don't have a matching role at this time. That was really a big waste of time. They were aware that my profile did not match still they scheduled 6 rounds of interview. This was a very bad experience.
