I was contacted by a recruiter via email. We later set up a call to discuss the position and more about the company. They were very informative and helpful in the process. I was emailed a code challenge the next day. You have 90 minutes to create tests to determine different poker hands.

The recruiters were great. However, in my opinion, the tech screeners lost all interest once they saw that I am over 40. Additionally, the tech screening case was sent to me 20 minutes before the interview. To be fair, they might have been trying to gauge how well I can think on my toes, but I found that to be unusual.
