I applied online thru a friend's referral. I got an email scheduling a phone interview 2 days later. The interview should be about 30 mins. The interviewer called on time, asked me to do a self-introduction, then went though my resume.
It seems that we were not 'sync'. Cuz everytime after my answer, we were quiet awkwardly. Probably my bad :P

The Siemens interview process was professional, structured, and focused on practical engineering experience. After an initial coordination email, I met with the hiring manager for a technical discussion centered on my past projects, design decision-making, and how my work related to real-world power and infrastructure applications. The conversation emphasized system reliability, safety considerations, and communication across engineering teams rather than abstract theory. Overall, the process felt methodical and thoughtful, with a clear focus on engineers who can translate technical knowledge into dependable, deployable solutions.
