After an initial coordination email, I met with the hiring manager for a technical discussion centered on my past projects, design decision-making, and how my work related to real-world power and infrastructure applications. The conversation emphasized system reliability, safety considerations, and communication across engineering teams rather than abstract theory. Overall, the process felt methodical and thoughtful, with a clear focus on engineers who can translate technical knowledge into dependable, deployable solutions.

I shared my presentation realted to the given case study in advance. So I have time to prepare (4days). There were 3 People from managment who gave me several questions about the case study at the end. Interview took about 1.5h
