A call with HR, during which the company’s strategy and goals were explained. This stage assessed motivation and evaluated how well the candidate’s profile fits the consultant role.
A technical interview with a senior consultant, based on a case study. The candidate is expected to act as a consultant addressing the client’s problem, respond to their needs, and justify technical choices related to data science.
An interview with a manager, focusing mainly on behavioral and cultural fit, with some technical questions but not too many.
A final interview with a director, primarily centered on behavioral and fit aspects, where the candidate presents how they align with the company’s values and culture.

J'ai eu un premier entretien rh où on m'a demandé pourquoi avoir choisi ce parcours après le baccalauréat et pourquoi je veux rejoindre SIA. La deuxième partie est en anglais pour tester mes compétences linguistiques.
