Screening with Recruiter. Conversational call with hiring manager. Assignment, presentation on prompt which requires you give a presentation on recent client experience. Interview with a current team member. Standout experience, receruiter very professional!
Tip: Ask them how they define executive presence. They are looking for it so it would be good for you know what that means exactly. Bring the charm and charisma!

Pretty standard starts with a scheduled phone recruiter call interview. I didn't get further in the process but they shared my resume with a partnered company that did hire me.

How would you help tenants increase adoption of our software?
It took an extremely long time (2 months) from when I applied to when the recruiter reached out. I honestly forgot I had applied. I had an initial phone screen right before the holiday and a second interview was scheduled shortly after the first of the year. Both interviews were phone calls. The second interview included an agenda which I spent a few hours preparing for. Once I got on the call the agenda was ignored which was pretty frustrating.

Standard interview process with the recruiter, hiring manager, onsite w/ team, and presentation.
The entire process was very concise and professional and covered a lot regarding technical aptitude and client relationship and organizational skills.
I've interviewed with multiple companies this year and ServiceTitan was the best experience from start to finish.
