Phone interview, in person interview with the typical questions you would expect. However much less behavioral questions then expected. Went into depth about work history, comparable needs and expectations, skill set, etc.

The interview was oddly combative with the interviewer demanding detailed information on why I left my last job and what I had been doing in my personal time since then. Having been an interviewer for years and having gone through numerous interviews recently, this was definitely a more aggressive interview.
