Interview and hiring process was quick & easy. I interviewed over the phone. Then I went in for 2 one-on-one interviews. The office is in a great location. The office was very open and inviting but it was not lively. The "open door" policy with management was very evident though. All managers kept their doors open and adjusters would just walk up and enter if they had any questions. Dress code was business casual.

It was a normal interview with manager and supervisor. The interview went well. It was not intimidating. They asked normal interview questions, nothing tricky. They get back to you with a decision quickly.
