Two interviews- one with human resources and one with the department manager. It was pretty basic and straight forward. But it was a very long time ago, so I do not remember too much.

Straight forward, they had me fill out questions on a computer. It then was a group interview, it would have been nice to have a one on one so it was a bit awkward.

Entretien
Casual, laid back conversation about previous work experience and hypothetical customer situations. Very relaxed. It was what you’d expect for the position and I wouldn’t stress about it in the least

What kind of customer service experience do you have?
Simple and brief. Wanted to hire right away. Didn’t ask any additional questions or anything off of the online application. Very quick, offered the hourly rate right then snd there.
