Initial contact was set up by someone in talent acquisition. She asked some brief questions about my background and my experience to see if there was a match. Afterwards, she set up a follow up interview with a HRM in another building. Sears has what the describe as a "Planned Placement" process and have a panel of executives that make the decision to move forward or not. After the phone screen with the HRM, an onsite interview was planned. The environment was very relaxed and straightforward.
