The interview process consisted of a phone interview, face to face interview with the district manager, a phone interview with the regional manager and a phone interview with a corporate manager (I hear it varies who you get). The biggest issue with the process was the amount of time it took to go through the interview process, then go through the offer process, then the background check, etc. From start to finish it was over three weeks by the time I finally was able to start.

Lengthy interview process, but I suppose for good reason. They're committed to turnaround, so quality candidates are key. Interview process took just over a month. Recruiter, District HR, Market HR, Market leader, Regional. Very professional and everyone was timely.
Interviews were typical of GM interviews. They give you the opportunity to sell yourself as to why you'll run their store profitably. All in all, good experience.
