HR sets up interview with manager, then 2nd interview with another manager. This is a commissioned selling position, so if you don't sell anything you don't make any money. Commission percents vary on the product sold. If you sell an expensive tv, you will make more money by selling accessory items and extended warranty than the actual tv.
The interview process was alright. Not the worst interview process but also not the best interview process. I would go through the process again. I would recommend the interview process to others

I was told to check back for three days in a row, before the person that made me the offer just happened to be there and decided to conduct an interview after three days of checking back.
